With more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, Janet Hawkins is a passionate, energetic leader dedicated to helping advisors build successful, sustainable practices. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, client centric approach and thoughtful perspective on practice management. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab and Ameriprise, where she partnered closely with advisors and leadership teams to drive growth, attract and develop talent, and strengthen culture.
Janet lives in Seattle with her husband, Jeff, and is currently navigating the new chapter of empty nesting. Always open to recommendations on activities, shows, and wellness, she is also working hard to convince her three college-aged children-who all attend schools in California (Santa Clara, USD, and SDSU)-that the weather in Washington isn’t so bad and that the Pacific Northwest is a great place to call home.
